Victor W. Holcomb concentrates his practice in the area of business law, real estate and construction law, and provides assistance in both transactional and litigation matters. He serves as general counsel for numerous corporations, and has been in private practice since 1982. Mr. Holcomb began his legal career as an assistant state attorney, and has taught advanced business law at the University of Tampa as an adjunct professor. He is a member of the Florida Bar, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Brian A. Leung joined the firm in 2005, concentrates his practice in the area of business law, construction law, corporate law, real estate and commercial litigation. Mr. Leung is a member of the Florida Bar, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
